Duluuu sekali saya sudah pernah posting surat sponsor dari perusahaan.. Nah, berhubung kemarin mengurus visa teman yang berkerja di bisnis keluarga dengan ayahnya sebagai boss nya, maka suratnya agak berbeda sedikiiit saja..

This is my experience in making a reference/sponsor letter for friend's Japanese Visa application, who works for her family shop with her parents as her boss.

Expiry Date     : date month year

is my son/daughter. YYY is travelling to Japan from XX Month to XX Month Year on vacation. S/he will not be seeking employment, permanent residency or other purposes than the said previously in any place within Japan, and will immediately return to Indonesia upon completion of  his/her vacation.

I kindly request you to grant YYY a Single-Entry tourist visa, allowing him/her to enter Japan.
